The Nautilus Nitro Abductor/Adductor unit can provide direct work for
two opposing muscle groups in one machine, minimizing use of valuable
floor space in today's facilities.
|
The new Nitro Rear Delt / Pec Fly offers two, distinct and direct rotary
movements for the muscles of the chest, shoulders and upper back. Both
movements are enhanced with individual strength curves that allow variable
resistance loading and full-range movement.

The NITRO Super Pullover... touted as the 'upper body' squat machine delivers the single most important, full-range movement for the latssimus dorsi and other torso muscles.
|
The NITRO Overhead Press provides easy entry movement arm start position without compromising full range.

The NITRO Lat Pulldown features the latest movement-arm technology, called "Smart Arm" linkage allowing multiple movement paths.
|
The NITRO Biceps machine is a compound position biceps design that places the arm in a raised position for full bicep contraction.

The Nautilus NITRO XPLOAD Incline Leg Press Sled (knee extension & hip extension) takes
the conventional 45 degree design to a whole new level with a multi-bar slider crank
that controls the position and angle of the foot platform to reduce knee stress and
provide maximum hip rotation. Large spherical urethane rollers provide a super smooth
movement that is superior to linear ball bearings. This super smooth action allows for
a revolutionary, undeniable improvement over competing models.
|
The Nautilus NITRO XPLOAD Vertical Chest (horizontal shoulder flexion & elbow extension)
features independent converging movement arms with a strength profile design that allows
use of a challenging resistance load throughout an entire available range.

The Nautilus NITRO XPLOAD Compound Row (shoulder extension & elbow flexion) features
independent "Smart Arm" linkage technology with rotating grip handles that allow for
user-defined movement paths for appropriate rotational forces around shoulders and more
efficient torso/arm involvement.
|
The Nautilus NITRO XPLOAD Lat Pulldown (shoulder adduction & elbow flexion) features
independent "Smart Arm" linkage technology that allows for multiple movement paths
coupled with accommodating strength profile unavailable until now in plate-loaded units.
