Muscular Therapy Massage - general relaxation massage using a variation of speed, rhythm and pressure. Education of client is a component.

Orthopedic Massage - Assessment and treatment of soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments) injuries.

Sports Massage - used to help athletes prepare for and recover from competition, reduce the potential for injuries and aid in injury rehabilitation.

Swedish Massage - a system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

Thailand Massage - combination of massage, yoga and accupressure. Thailand massage is done on a padded floor. Both practioner and receiver are clothed comfortably.

Trigger Point Massage - also known as Myotherapy or Neuromuscular Therapy. Applies concentrated finger pressure to "trigger points" (painful irritated areas in muscles) to break cycles of spasm and pain.
